SHIPPING INFO

Quark is similar to chèvre but made from cow’s milk. Commonly known as “farmer’s cheese”, this German-style fresh cheese is versatile, mild, and creamy. Use it just like cream cheese—spread on toast, bagels, baked potatoes, or crackers. It’s also excellent in baking and makes a wonderful cheesecake.

Available in three flavors: Plain, Dill, and Herbes de Provence.

We ship our cheese directly from the farm where it’s made. Orders placed before 8 PM Sunday are packed Monday and typically arrive Tuesday or Wednesday.

We currently ship to most of the Midwest — Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin — plus select cities in Michigan, Missouri, and Nebraska.

Because cheese is perishable, we ship early in the week and use insulated packaging to keep it cool during transit.

At this time, we do not ship outside our regional delivery zone.
