Refund policy

We carefully inspect all cheese before shipping. Due to the handmade and artisan practices we use, your cheese may include some small rind markings or inclusions you are not accustomed to seeing in the grocery store. We consider these small imperfections to be marks of authenticity.

However, if your cheese did not ship well or if you find your cheese to be inedible, please contact us to discuss a refund. Send an email to lostlakefarmllc@gmail.com and expect a reply in 1-2 days. Thank you!
