Camembert de Comte de Hamilton
With a white, bloomy rind and a creamy center, our Camembert grows gooier and more flavorful as it ripens. Handcrafted in very small batches, each wheel is sold individually. Expect a buttery, salty, lightly bitter profile that pairs beautifully with bright jam, sweet honey, white wine, or wheat beer.
Each wheel weighs approximately 0.85 lb.
We ship our cheese directly from the farm where it’s made. Orders placed before 8 PM Sunday are packed Monday and typically arrive Tuesday or Wednesday.
We currently ship to most of the Midwest — Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin — plus select cities in Michigan, Missouri, and Nebraska.
Because cheese is perishable, we ship early in the week and use insulated packaging to keep it cool during transit.
At this time, we do not ship outside our regional delivery zone.
